Terms of Use
The terms on which this website, its payment pages and its electronic signature features are provided, and what this site does not do.
No legal advice
This office is a bail bond business regulated under Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1704. It is not a law firm and it does not practice law. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing on it creates an attorney-client relationship.
Information about bail amounts, court schedules, magistrate timelines, and county procedures is published as general information and can change. The court and the facility are the authority on all of it. Confirm anything that matters with the court, the sheriff, or your own attorney.
No promise of an outcome
Nothing on this site is a promise that a bond will be accepted, that bail will be set at any particular amount, that a person will be released at any particular time, or that a bond will be written at all. Those decisions belong to a magistrate, a court, and a jail.
This office cannot arrange a personal bond, and does not promise to obtain one.
Submitting an inquiry
An inquiry submitted through this site is a request for contact. It is not an application, not an agreement, and not a guarantee of service. A bond is only written once a written agreement is signed and the agreed amount is received and verified.
Payment terms
This business accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Solana only. Cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders, and bank or wire transfers are not accepted under this policy.
A cryptocurrency transaction cannot be recalled or charged back by this business. The amount owed is the amount stated on the invoice at the time it was issued. A payment is not treated as received until the transaction is confirmed on-chain to the confirmation count shown on the invoice and verified by this site's server against the blockchain. A blockchain reorganization or network failure is outside this business's control.
You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network to the address shown on your own invoice. Funds sent on the wrong network, or to a different address, may be permanently lost and this business cannot recover them.
Premiums
A bail bond premium is earned in full when the bond is posted and is not refundable, regardless of the outcome of the case. See the Refund Policy for details.
Fees charged by a court or a jail are separate from the premium, are not collected by this office, and are not refundable by this office.
Website use
Content on this site is provided as it is. Do not rely on it as a substitute for the court record. Do not use this site to submit false information about a person in custody, or to impersonate anyone.
This site may be changed, and pages may be removed, at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Read together, these are the whole agreement
Each of these pages governs a different part of the relationship. Nobody reads them for fun; they are here so that nothing important lives only in a phone call.
