Payment options

A down payment. A co-signer. A plan for the rest.

Cost should not be the reason someone stays in custody. The office can structure the premium around what the family can do today.

Down payment with an approved co-signer

Start with a down payment and an approved co-signer instead of the full premium at once. The terms are written into the agreement before anything is signed.

A payment plan for the balance

Ask about a schedule for the remaining premium. Approval, the amount due at posting and the dates are confirmed in writing before the bond is written.

Same-day release is the goal

The target is to have the bond posted and the release moving the same day. The jail controls its release queue, so no one can promise an exact time.

A payment plan does not change the premium, the obligation to appear, or the jail's release process. Everything is itemized before you commit.

Why this office

The price is the price. The rest is just the process.

No branch visit to get a number. No card terminal. No surprise at the desk.

One screen. One price.

The premium is calculated before you give a name. The invoice itemises the bond, the premium, and any county fee separately.

Signed from your phone.

Read the full agreement, sign with a finger or the keyboard, and keep the signed copy. Nothing is agreed by a summary.

Crypto only. Read on-chain.

Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin or Solana. The server reads the blockchain; a screenshot or an email is never proof of payment.

How it works

Three steps between a call and the bond desk.

The paperwork can start anywhere. The bond itself is posted in the Texas county holding the defendant.

1

Tell us who is in custody.

Full legal name, date of birth, and the jail if you know it. A charge helps, but it is not required to look up the booking.

See the price. Sign.

The full agreement appears on your screen before anything is paid. Read it, sign it, and keep your copy.

3

We post it at the county desk.

In person at the bond desk for the county where the jail is. After that, release is the jail’s queue, not ours.

Cash App · Bitcoin

Buy Bitcoin with Cash App.

A short, captioned walkthrough for the route most phones already have. Cash App is first, then Coinbase, then MoonPay. None of them is affiliated with this office.

  1. 01 Open Cash App and tap Bitcoin.
  2. 02 Buy on-chain Bitcoin — not a different coin.
  3. 03 Send to the address printed on your invoice.
  4. 04 Wait for the invoice to say confirmed.

The invoice is the only place a deposit address is printed. Never take an address from a text, a social post, or a video.

This is a tutorial, not a payment page. Cash App and the other exchanges named here are independent companies, not affiliated with Future. The screens shown are illustrations.

  1. Open Cash App and tap Bitcoin. Finish identity verification if Cash App asks for it.
  2. Tap Buy and purchase enough Bitcoin to cover the invoice. Cash App quotes a dollar price; the invoice is denominated in BTC. Cash App’s spread and network fee are separate from the invoice.
  3. Open the Bitcoin screen and tap Send. If Cash App offers Lightning or another network, stop. This invoice is on Bitcoin mainnet.
  4. Paste the address from the invoice page. Compare the first and last four characters. Never use an address from a message, a social post, or this video.
  5. Enter the exact BTC amount from the invoice and confirm. A broadcast transaction cannot be recalled.
  6. Return to the invoice page and wait for the required confirmations. Do not send a second payment because the screen looks stuck. The invoice, not the exchange, is the authority.

Never share your wallet password, private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase. This office will never ask for one. If someone does, it is not this office. Call the number on the site.

The home bond desk, inside Lew Sterrett.

A bond is a paper act at the county, not a website checkout. Dallas is the home desk. Every other county is handled at its own bond desk, under its own local rules.

The premium is earned.

It is earned when the bond is posted and is not refunded if the case is dismissed or the defendant is found not guilty. Refund policy.

A broadcast payment cannot be recalled.

This office cannot reverse a crypto transaction. A chain reorganization or network failure is outside its control. Wrong coin, network, or address can still mean the money is gone. Payment rules.

No keys. Ever.

This office will never ask for a wallet password, private key, seed phrase, or recovery phrase. Anyone who does is impersonating the office.
