A Texas bail office, and what it will not pretend to be

Bail is one of the few transactions people enter at the worst moment of their lives, usually at night, usually without any idea what it should cost. This page is what this office is, who it answers to, and where its authority stops.

What this office does

This is an independent bail bond business writing bonds across Texas. When a magistrate sets bail and the person in custody cannot post the full amount, a surety bond lets the court hold the surety's promise instead of your savings. The defendant is released on that promise, and the office carries the liability for the full face amount of the bond for as long as the case runs.

In plain terms: you pay a percentage of the bail amount instead of all of it, and you sign an agreement that says, truthfully, that if the defendant stops showing up for court, the whole amount becomes your problem and ours. The office can also start with a down payment and an approved co-signer, with a payment plan for the balance. Same-day release is the goal; the jail controls its release queue.

Where the authority stops

The limits on a bail bond business are not marketing fine print. This office:

  • Cannot set bail, lower bail, or influence a magistrate. Bail is set at a magistrate hearing under Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Art. 15.17, and the amount is the court's decision alone.
  • Cannot promise a release time. Once a bond is posted, the jail's release queue decides. Anyone who quotes you an hour is guessing.
  • Cannot arrange a personal bond. Art. 17.03 lets a magistrate release someone without a surety in some cases. That is the court's call and this office has no part in it.
  • Does not give legal advice. This office is not a law firm. If you need advice about a charge or a court date, that is an attorney's job.
  • Cannot promise that a bond will be written. Not every matter is one this office will take on, and saying so early is more useful than saying yes and stalling.

Why the county is named on every bond

Most bail websites are national lead forms that route a call to whoever pays for it. They cannot tell you which county holds the defendant or where its bond desk is, because they have never been there. This one starts with the arrest county, names the public facility record where one exists, and explains which statute governs the timeline you are living through. Dallas is the home desk, at 111 West Commerce Street, Dallas, TX 75202; every other county is handled under its own local rules.

This office takes cryptocurrency only

This business accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Solana only. We do not accept cash, credit cards, checks, wire transfers, bank transfers, or any other cryptocurrency under this payment policy.

There is no card reader on this site, no bank details, and no cash drop. If someone contacts you claiming to be this office and asks for a card number, a bank transfer, or a wallet recovery phrase, they are not this office.

Facts published about the county, not about us

Facility addresses, sheriff contact numbers, statutory citations and county bond desk procedure on this site are public record. Nothing on this site claims a case outcome, a release time, a success rate, or a customer count, because none of those can be stated honestly in advance.

How this office runs

Five rules that do not bend for a sale

01

The phone comes first

Someone in custody is not waiting on a form. Every page on this site puts the bond line one tap away, and calling is faster than a form.

02

Cost is stated before it is asked for

The premium is itemized on screen before an invoice exists, and court fees are named as someone else's charge rather than folded into the total.

03

Nothing is promised that a court controls

Bail amounts, release timing, and bond acceptance belong to a magistrate and a jail. This office states what it will do, and says plainly what it cannot.

04

A payment is real only when the chain says so

Because this office takes cryptocurrency, "received" cannot mean a screenshot. Every invoice is verified by this server reading the blockchain directly, to a stated confirmation count.

05

Every signature leaves a record

Documents are hashed at the version you were shown, stamped with the time, and stored with an audit trail. You leave with a signed PDF, and so does the office.
